1. Easy Returns
If you’ve ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, or simply need help, you may request a return or exchange within:

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days.
Refund options:
Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a faulty product. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Damaged or Faulty Products
Your satisfaction and safety come first.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or faulty:

We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

If your product develops a fault within the warranty period:
Please keep in mind that all warranty claims must be submitted within the valid warranty period. We are unable to accept any warranty applications submitted after the warranty period has expired.
