Return/ Exchange Policy


We are sure you will be happy with our products. However, just in case you have ordered the wrong parts or simply ordered too much, we offer return and exchange according to the terms and conditions listed in this policy.
  1. Returns/Faulty or Damaged Goods

    1. You should check your Goods as soon as they are delivered to you in order to ensure that:
      • they are what you ordered; and
      • they are not damaged or faulty. If this is not the case, you should contact SSD as soon as possible within 7days.
    2. When returning Goods:
      • please provide SSD with your proof of purchase;
      • it is a requirement for the fulfilment of refunds, exchanges and warranties that Customers use their best endeavours to return all out-of-the-box accessories (such as power cords and batteries) supplied at the time of original purchase.
  2. Refunds

    1. We do not normally provide refunds if you:
      • got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it;
      • misused a product in any way that caused the problem;
      • asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted.
      • require to any refund or exchange just because any packaging is damaged in transit. The packaging exists to protect the Goods themselves.
    2. Refunds should be the same amount you have already paid and will be processed within 14 working days. Except to the extent otherwise required by law (including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law), SSD will not be liable to you, or any other person, for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered as a direct or indirect result of any delay in you receiving any refund due to you, whether in contract, negligence or any other tort, equity, restitution, strict liability, under statute or otherwise at all. Please note that if SSD is obliged to provide you with a partial refund of your payment for specific Goods in your Order excludes the delivery cost.
    3. Refund can be provided in either cash or store credit. If you choose to receive cash there will be a re-stocking fee of 10% of your original purchase price – if you do not want to be charged for the restocking fee you can choose to receive your refund as a store credit.
  3. Warranties

    Product warranties are determined by the manufacturers and according to manufactures’ warranty terms and conditions.
  4. Cancelling orders

    If you are cancelling a confirmed order we will charge 10% handling fee of your total purchased amount.
