When will the order dispatch?

We guarantee that orders placed before 11 am will be dispatched the same day, exclude weekends.

How soon can I expect to receive my order?

We dispatch orders promptly, with delivery times varying based on location and chosen shipping method. Once processed, you'll receive tracking details. Need help? Our customer service team is available.

Where do I pick up?

We will always endeavour to have your click and collect order ready within 30 Minutes, with larger orders we may not always be able to fulfil within this time-frame. Pickup address is 5/11 Eileen St, Underwood QLD 4119. We are open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm AEST Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekend and Queensland public holidays.

Can I put my Parcel in PO Box/ Parcel Locker?

WE STRICTLY DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOX/PARCEL LOCKER. Order will be canceled if a PO Box/Parcel Locker Address is provided.

How do I change a wrong shipping address on an order?

If you moved and forgot to update your account or misspelt the address, you can change to the correct address for your order before it's shipped.

Is the warranty extended for replacement?

This warranty applies only to the original product and does not replace it.

Is warranty transferable?

No, if the warranty is offered, this is non-transferable, even on bulk lots. If the item(s) are being purchased by yourself, any warranty claims must come directly from you. We are unable to make any exceptions.
